The New York Fine Arts Society was originally established in 1952 with the motto “Elevating Art in New York”. It was dissolved sometime in the 1960s. The Society was reborn in 2023 with the goals of promulgating knowledge of the fine arts, supporting local artist, and seeking to create a community of like-minded people who share an interest in the fine arts. The Society is currently based in Saint James, New York and serves the local community. It is classified as a 501 (C)(6), a Business League.The current leadership of the Society, the Board of Trustees, are: Dr. A. Rex Rivolo, Ph.D., President and CEO, Yuka Rivolo, Secretary and Treasurer, and Prof. Martin Levine, Executive Director. Short biographies follow:

Arthur Rex Rivolo, President, was born in Genoa, Italy on 2 November 1944. His family immigrated to New York in 1955. Rex was trained as an engineer and an astrophysicist, attaining a Ph.D. in Astrophysics in 1981 from Stony Brook University. He began collecting art in 1973, acquiring prints and drawings focusing on works from the 19th to the mid-20th century. By the early 2000s, the collection had grown to over 10,000 works. Today, the collection consists of over 30,000 works on paper comprised of Western prints and drawings, and Japanese woodblock prints and drawings.

Martin Levine, Executive Director, is a graphic artist and a Professor in the Art Department, Stony Brook University, Stony Brook, New York for the past 40 years. Martin works primarily in aquatint, etching, lithography and drawing. His work has been included in numerous exhibitions worldwide. His work can be found in many prestigious public and private collections, including the Victoria and Albert Museum, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, Brooklyn Museum, Art Institute of Chicago, Library of Congress, New York Public Library, Museum D’Art Contemporani D’Eivissa, Spain, Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, New York Historical Society, Milwaukee Art Center and Zimmerli Museum.

Yuka Rivolo, Secretary, was born Kong Qixin, in Dandong, Liaoning Province, China on 19 Mar 1975. Yuka immigrated to Japan in 1996 and spent the next 20 years raising a family and studying Japanese art. In 2017 she moved to Saint James, New York where she resides today with her husband, Rex. Yuka is fluent in Chinese, Japanese and English which allows her to conduct scholarly research on Asian art. She is a collector of Chinese jades, Chinese paintings and Japanese paintings.

Area of Expertise: Industry analysis and supply chain management, channel integration, and internet applications. Professional Experience: Mr. Ding graduated from Xi’an University of Finance and Economics in 2004. As a professional manager, he has held positions at General Motors (GM) and United Technologies Corporation (UTC). As a co-founder and partner, he plays a pivotal role in establishing Sembo Blocks and Yokitalk. Deeply passionate about culture and the arts, Mr. Ding has been actively involved in the operation and management of leading exhibitions. He currently serves as the Asia-Pacific Business Officer of the New York Fine Arts Society.

She currently serves as the Marketing Director for the New York Fine Arts Society, bringing a unique academic background that spans dance, music, and the fine arts. Her artistic journey began with professional training at a provincial dance school, followed by systematic studies in music and dance pedagogy at a teachers' college. She further refined her expertise through advanced programs at both a music conservatory and an art academy. This interdisciplinary path through performing, auditory, and visual arts has equipped her with a comprehensive aesthetic framework and exceptional cross-disciplinary appreciation skills.
She has successfully integrated artistic sensibility into various innovative projects, including creating immersive visual content using VR/AR technologies and curating international cultural exchange programs. Her work demonstrates a consistent ability to use aesthetic discernment as a universal language for building cultural bridges.
Looking forward, she will continue to leverage her profound artistic literacy and keen fashion insight through curating exhibitions, promoting cultural creative exchanges, and developing new media projects. These initiatives aim to strengthen the dialogue between art and the public while fostering wider recognition of artistic culture across local and international platforms.

Min Liu has been engaged in the contemporary art world for over two decades. Her journey began with a 2005–2006 oral history project documenting leading Chinese contemporary artists—including Ai Weiwei, Zhang Xiaogang, Zeng Fanzhi, Yue Minjun, and Xu Bing—which sparked her enduring commitment to the arts. Since then, she has been actively promoting both emerging and established artists, supporting art galleries with event planning, curatorial projects, and partnership development, while also cultivating her own art collection.
In addition to her work in the arts, Min is a successful luxury real estate specialist in Manhattan. She serves as a trusted art consultant to her clients, advising on the purchase, sale, and commission of fine art, and leveraging her extensive knowledge, passion, and strong network within the global art community. She has hosted art salons at Central Park Tower and currently plays a key role in helping the New York Fine Arts Society re-establish its presence in Manhattan.
Min has held leadership positions as Executive Director for both non-profit and for-profit organizations, served as Vice President of the Association of Chinese Professors of Social Sciences in the United States, and taught at the university level in both the U.S. and China. She earned her Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Notre Dame and her B.A. in English Language and Literature from Peking University.

Stefano Curti (b. 2000) is a New York–based painter specializing in portraiture. His work blends theatrical drama, mythological themes, and space-age fantasy, influenced by 1930s–40s fashion photography and fin de siècle painting. Through expressive brushwork and diverse visual references, Curti explores imagery that exists in its own imaginative space and time.
He holds a BFA in Illustration from the School of Visual Arts, where he received the Rhodes Family Award, the Robert Eric Farmer Award, and the Silas H. Rhodes Merit Scholarship. His work has been shown in group exhibitions in New York and London, including the Royal Portrait Society Annual Exhibition (2024) and Figure and Form at the Roboli Center (2025). His first solo show was held at OneRiver Port Jefferson in 2024.

William Broich was born and raised in Sag Harbor, He is an artist and printmaker, currently working in the Hamptons, where he often assists with workshops and editioning jobs, as well as building his own portfolio through the Inspiration Plus Foundation. William studied and graduated from the SUNY Purchase College in the printmaking program, where he was trained in the traditional print processes.
Although he favors the process-heavy nature of print, William often constructs his images in a
very loose and automatic style. William finds inspiration in the western occult tradition, often referring to his art as “magickal pentacles that are an extension of the will.”
Exhibiting his work is a huge part of his practice and is often showing his art around the metropolitan area.

Huixi Wu (she/her) was born in China and immigrated to Florida with her parents when
she was in college.
She likes to depict things with rich lines and loves to express the emotion of the moment
with brilliant colors. Huixi focuses on picture books and illustrated posters. She hopes to
use her childhood experiences to strike a chord with children or adults and spread
happiness. In her illustrated posters, she expresses her views on the world's hot topics
from a personal perspective.
Her work has been shortlisted for Illustration West 62, The Cheltenham Illustration
Awards 2023, iJungle Illustration Awards 2023, and CQ74.
